Nightingale Sheppard approved at Merri-bek City Council meeting

We are celebrating an enormous milestone for Nightingale Sheppard.⁠⁠

We won a majority at the Planning and Related Matters Meeting at Merri-bek City Council. This win is the first step toward securing a planning permit and delivering these homes.⁠⁠

A massive shout-out to everyone who spoke on behalf of this project. Thank you also to everyone who showed up at the chambers to support better housing outcomes.⁠⁠ Nightingale Sheppard is our first horizontal community—a collection of 72 terrace homes nestled among trees in Coburg North, and it’s the first project to be delivered by The Nightingale Foundation.⁠⁠
