Nightingale Marrickville receives Premier's Prize

Nightingale Marrickville won the Premier's Prize at the 2024 NSW Architecture Awards last night. This special award recognises architecture that benefits the people of NSW. The building also won the commendation in the Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing category. ⁠⁠

“Nightingale Marrickville demonstrates that a well-designed architectural response to increased density can simultaneously reflect the neighbourhood context and create outstanding homes,” the judges said.⁠

A huge congratulations goes out to the teams at SJB and Fresh Hope Communities for their innovative work on this project.
