Nightingale Ballarat has been named as the National Winner - Best Regional Project - 2024 Apartment Awards for Excellence

Congratulations to the Breathe and Hygge teams for this wonderful recognition of our first regional project.⁠⁠

Nightingale Ballarat is an example of density done well in a regional city, hosting two ground floor businesses with 27 homes above.

Built from robust materials this community centric building is one we are really proud of. ⁠

We pay our respects to Elders both past and present, and recognise and respect their abiding connection to this land, its waterways and community. We also acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country on which we meet and work throughout Australia.
