Inner North Collective appointed to deliver Fitzroy Gasworks

We are delighted to see Milieu, Assemble and Hickory appointed by Development Victoria to deliver Fitzroy Gasworks.⁠⁠

Over the coming years, there will be around 820 new residences, including 168 affordable homes, in a vibrant, all-electric precinct with a minimum 5-star Green Star rating.⁠⁠

Milieu will supply around 420 homes on the site. Nightingale Housing will have an allocation of homes in partnership with Milieu.⁠⁠
