Construction is now complete on a range of brand-new commercial spaces in the heart of Brunswick, with a handful still available. These spaces are ideal for small business owners, creatives, designers, retail spots, and hospitality venues.

Nightingale Studios, located in our newest fossil fuel-free precinct, Nightingale Wurru wurru biik at 215-219 Albion Street, offers 24 versatile and accessible spaces. These spaces come in a range of sizes and are available on both the ground level and first floor, with options to purchase or lease.
