Nightingale Housing is coming to Ballarat.

Ballarat is a gold rush era town and a major regional centre in Victoria. Ballarat is rich in history and boasts a burgeoning creative community, direct rail links to Melbourne and a growing local economy.

In May 2019 we came to Ballarat for our first Nightingale information session and were humbled to receive such a warm, enthusiastic welcome.

Thanks to all those who came along to learn about the Nightingale model and what it could mean for the inner-city community of Ballarat. We appreciate the support, energy and helpful feedback from your local community and are looking forward to getting to know you all a little more.

To find out more about our proposal for Ballarat, please join us for our third and final information session on Wednesday 31st July. In this session Nightingale Housing will provide further detail about what it’s like to live in a Nightingale building and the forthcoming ballot process. Project architects, Breathe Architecture, will walk through detailed designs of Nightingale Ballarat, including apartment plans, pricing and materials. The evening's session will conclude with a Q&A. Please click the button (below right) to register for this free event.

Interested purchasers are also invited to book a free one-on-one meeting with a representative of Nightingale Housing or Breathe Architecture. 20-minute appointments are available on Saturday 3rd August at Ballarat Trades Hall. Please register via the calendar booking system below.
