It is critical that we are able to contact to you on the ballot day to ensure a smooth and expedient apartment allocation process.
If, due to work or travel, you are uncontactable via phone on ballot day, please make a note on your ballot form with your preferred contact or nominate a proxy.-Ballot results and next stepsIf you are successfully drawn in the ballot, you will be required to sign & return your Commitment Agreement and pay your commitment fee within 5 (five) business days. All details, including payment instructions can be reviewed in the Commitment Agreement template available here.
If you are unsuccessful in the ballot, you will be placed on the Nightingale Ballarat building wait list and contacted in sequential order if an apartment you have preferenced becomes available. -Priority BallotUp to 20% of apartments in Nightingale Ballarat will be allocated to key community contributors, individuals with disabilities and their carers, individuals of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, and existing Nightingale residents.To determine your eligibility, please review the priority ballot policy here.
