It is critical that we are able to contact to you on the ballot day to ensure a smooth and expedient apartment allocation process.
If, due to work or travel, you are uncontactable on the ballot day, please make a note on your ballot form. -Ballot results and next stepsIf you are successfully drawn in the ballot, you will be required to sign & return your Commitment Agreement and pay your commitment fee within 5 (five) business days. All details, including payment instructions can be reviewed in the Agreement template provided below.
If you are unsuccessful in the ballot, you will be placed on the Nightingale Kennedy Nolan building wait list and contacted in sequential order if an apartment you have preferenced becomes available. -Priority BallotUp to 20% of apartments in Nightingale Kennedy Nolan will be allocated to key community contributors, individuals with disabilities and their cares, individuals of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, and existing Nightingale residents.To determine your eligibility, please review the priority ballot policy provided below.
