Our first project in Western Australia, Nightingale Fremantle makes its home in a semi-industrial area, a short ten-minute walk from central Fremantle. Led by fini sustainability and EDHO Architecture, Nightingale Fremantle will be one of the most sustainable multi-residential buildings in Western Australia.

Two semi-connected buildings with shared circulation offer each apartment access to north light, ambient south light and cooling breezes. Ground level garden beds provide deep-root zones for new trees, while elevated gardens along external walkways are immediately visible to second storey dwellers. There are still some homes available in Nightingale Fremantle. For more information and enquiries please visit the dedicated Nightingale Fremantle webpage.

We acknowledge the Whadjuk people as the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which Nightingale Fremantle stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.

I tell anyone who's got five minutes about it because I'm really passionate about it. Nightingale buildings have sprung up in Melbourne and now Adelaide and I just really hope that Perth follows suit and the Nightingale approach takes hold because it's definitely needed.
